Annie Bass
Following on from the release of three impressive singles ‘Step Aside’ and ‘Crazy’, today Sydney-based producer-singer-songwriter Annie Bass at long last shares her new EP ‘Me & My Ego’, out this Friday July 15th via Sweat It Out.
This EP showcases the wide range of influence that Annie Bass has and her ability to span different genres with ease and careful consideration.
The talented multi-instrumentalist producer-singer-songwriter has hit the ground running having released ‘Don’t Want’ alongside Christopher Port in 2017. Since then, Bass has gone on to release a variety of impressive indie-electronica that has earned her praise across triple j, FBi Radio, Energy Groove, NME, Pilerats, Purple Sneakers, and Women In Pop.
As with her songs, Annie’s live performances draw the audience into a private and cathartic space. Annie has performed at Splendour in the Grass, Vivid LIVE, Falls Festival, Bigsound and Groovin the Moo, and has supported Wafia, Alta, Touch Sensitive, Total Giovanni, No Mono, Elizabeth Rose, Banoffee and others.
