Melbourne music maker Bridgitte Jessop has been performing under the guitar-slinging nom de guerre, Eaglemont for just under two years, yet has already earned herself a household name amongst the local indie scene with her insatiable brand of punchy pop rock. Since releasing her debut 7’’ in October 2018 with singles ‘Mediocre at Best’ and ‘Uppercut’, Eaglemont has been busy honing her craft as both a raucous performer and intricate songwriter.
Now, the time has come to reveal her latest rock fuzz-out, ‘Heteronormative Nightmare’ with a celebratory string of live shows to follow.
EAGLEMONT joined us on The Music Weekly for an interview and full band performance in light of her show at The Lansdowne – she’s touring nationally on the back of her new single ‘Heteronormative Nightmare’.
