He’s has come a long way since his debut in 2013 with the single ‘White Lies’ that landed the #42 spot in that year’s triple j Hottest 100, which was followed by 2016’s genre-blending hit ‘Adderall’ that placed him firmly on the map.

Since moving to Los Angeles in 2017, Frost has reinvented himself as an artist, breaking through self-imposed boundaries and becoming completely honest with himself and his music. From this his 2018 debut album Gold Rush was born.

The album features smash hit ‘Good Morning’, an upbeat, uplifting tune that has since become the soundtrack for both Network Ten and Google promotions.

Max has worked with global stars such as DJ Snake and previously supported Panic! At The Disco, Fitz and The Tantrums, and Gary Clark Jr.

Max Frost joined Brad for a chat on The Music Weekly while touring in Australia with Bastille:
