Festival favourites and vibe inducing indie-folk darlings, Pierce Brothers have released their latest single Brother, the forth taste from their forthcoming sophomore album Into The Great Unknown out March 5.  The crescendo building Brother, is about being away from family, a theme we have all been challenged with in the past 12 months.

The performance based video clip features the duo’s older brother who playfully keeps interrupting the pair, it’s light-hearted sibling rivalry at its best.  The video is also spliced with Pierce family home videos taken from yesteryear, capturing the importance and meaning of family to Pat & Jack.

Their highly anticipated second album Into The Great Unknown, is a stunning collection of 12 songs, and features the previously released singles KankoDentistIt’s Alright and now Brother.

The album is lush, a production larger than the pair have ever created in the studio before, introducing strings, horns and female backing vocals, these talented multi-instrumentalists have created a feast for the ears, filled with feel-good crescendos, memorable guitar riffs, toe tapping drums and percussions and rich harmonies, it’s high energy roots and blues at its finest.

To celebrate the release of Into The Great Unknown, the guys are hitting the road for a run of 12 shows across Victoria, with the aim of adding more shows in other states if COVID restrictions allow.  Dates below:
